As a Naturopathic nutritional therapist, I do not diagnose, nor do I use pharmaceutical medication or any other medical processes. My role is to help you get to the root cause of any problems and to empower you on your journey towards wellbeing by helping you to create a powerful and healthy lifestyle that involves: 


A healthy and balanced diet is an absolute key to becoming well. Many chronic conditions are often caused by imbalanced in the diet and a lack of variety of food intake. I will help you to ensure that your diet supports your healing, is highly nutritious, energising, light to digest, full of essential vitamins and minerals and most of all achievable and realistic so that after we finish working together you are empowered and to carry on with this for the rest of your life in full confidence. 


As part of our work, I will help you optimise your overall physical health. Because the human body does not work as a set of isolated organs but rather as a whole, fully integrated and mutually connected organism, we will always look to address your body holistically. While this may be different for each person we will look to support and optimise areas such as immunity, digestion, detoxification, elimination, mental & emotional health, cognitive performance, hormonal health, physical fitness and much more. Sometimes the answer to a problem in one part of the body (e.g. chronic brain fog) may lay in a distant area (e.g. digestive problems or liver) hence always working with the whole body as a single entity will be our priority. 


Millions of people around the world suffer from sleep deprivation, insomnia and poor quality of sleep. This is problematic because a healthy body requires good quality sleep to function at an optimal level. A part of our work would be to ensure that your sleep is restorative, undisturbed and deep. 


Stress has been a global pandemic for many years. Long periods of chronic stress are contributing to the development of disease especially mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, insomnia but also other diseases of the body. Another part of our work is to ensure your stress levels are well managed and at an optimal level. I will teach you the basics of mindfulness and (should you desire) will help you install a powerful meditation habit that can not only change your health but that can change your life. I will also show you other useful techniques that you may apply in your day-to-day life. 


Being active is not just about staying slim or having a six-pack but regular activity is essential for physical and mental wellbeing and for optimal function of the human body. Throughout our consultations, I will show how to remain active during your days and will help you create an activity plan that works just for you. Because I am not a Physical Trainer (PT) I am not able to show you exact gym or fitness routine however I will point you to the right direction and provide you with a great variety of simple activities that you may do throughout the day to up your activity level and increase your resting metabolism. 


A healthy lifestyle includes a variety of beneficial habits that support our wellbeing such as avoidance of smoking, alcohol, stress, abusing psychological stimulants or living in a damaging type of environment. As a part of your overall health & wellbeing, I will also help you create lifestyle habits that support your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health so that yo will thrive on all fronts.

There are no miracle workers in this world and if you are someone who has been experiencing a chronic health condition for a long time and been working with many doctors and health specialists, you will know that regardless of the treatment or support, it does not always work. I cannot promise a magical cure nor can I promise a 100% recovery. Nobody in the health community can do that. What I can, however, promise you is that as my client you would get my absolute 100% commitment. I will do everything in my power to help you become well and to thrive.  I will look up the latest research on your behalf and make sure that my plan for you is safe, relevant, scientific (but not too rigorous) and most of all aimed at your personal requirements for wellbeing. 


My standard packages are all designed for a duration of 3-6 months. This is because, in the majority of cases, a quick fix is not possible and we would need to work together for some time to bring about results. While sometimes, first results may show up fairly quickly, for more complex and chronic conditions especially the ones that have been present for many years, a quick solution would simply not be possible. 


I try to keep my prices as competitive as possible, however, I completely understand that it may be a larger one-time expense which is why I also offer the possibility of up to 3 monthly instalments to work best with your budget and to adapt to your personal requirements.

1. The first document form is a full Health Assessment Form where I will ask about your medical history, symptoms, past experiences, your current health, medication, supplements and much more. This is basic for me to understand your situation and to help you best. 

2. Secondly, I will share a 3-day food diary that will help me understand your current diet and lifestyle situation. 

We will then take the first 3-hour session to go through your responses and I will be asking you many questions to try to get to the bottom of your condition and to structure your plan accordingly. Each of our main sessions will be filled by me sending you a new plan or an update/extension to an already existing plan from the previous week/month. 


After every session, I will issue a plan for you. The plan will slowly and gradually help you improve. While some clients prefer long, complex plans with a lot of data and scientific explanation, other clients prefer short plans with very limited text that can ideally fit on a single page in a phone. I can be 100% flexible and work at your own pace and your requirement. I will never push you into anything that makes you uncomfortable or anything that goes against your personal or cultural beliefs. The aim of the plan is to gradually help you improve in all areas of your personal health & wellbeing. I will encourage you to be confident and empowered in your own choices going forward so that by the end of our program, you will be armed with knowledge, experience and resources to sustain this transformation and your new health for the rest of your life.
